I always think this illustration is so delicate. Maybe because I also painted it very delicate. It felt like I could ruin it any moment so I stayed calm and steady. How do you think it worked out in the end? I think she is a soft and quiet woman. But in Dutch we have a saying: "stille waters diepe gronden" what actually means, Silent waters, deep grounds" what actually means that person has a wils side to them even if they don't show it.
